Brain Drain means the exodus of talents from a developing Country to the advanced one. It is a serious problem for developing countries.

The promising youths like to settle in the developed countries without caring for how it will affect their motherland.

They feel that settling abroad will give them a handsome pay packet along with reputation and honor. Again, some opt for better job satisfaction and minimum professional hazards. The richest countries always encourage this tendency.

Anyway, it is but an indirect exploitation of human resources. But the educated youths have their
Own say. They justify their stand by saying that human resources are well-acknowledged in advanced countries.

Often they are to leave their own countries on the plea of the deplorable absence of work culture. Still, brain drain is not a healthy sign. It deserves to be denounced on all fronts.
